We started with an idea in a living room three months prior to 9/11. Before that day, backgrounds were a luxury item reserved for Fortune 50 companies. Overnight, the background industry grew over 300%, and we’ve grown along with it and our clients’ needs.
Despite our growth, we’ve never forgotten where we came from and the hard work it took to get us here. We started with a core set of beliefs and old-fashioned values that we still have today:
